Meet Dr. Katie Gilbert Spear:

Dr. Katie Gilbert Spear is a highly qualified professional with a unique blend of expertise in biomedical sciences and healthcare law. Graduating with honors from Auburn University and earning a Master’s degree in Public Health-Epidemiology from UAB, she later obtained a Doctor of Optometry from UAB as well. In 2019, she graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree with a concentration in Health Law and Compliance from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, becoming a licensed attorney in Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee.

She teaches health law and uses her expertise to host a podcast tailored for healthcare providers.
